Terms

FANFICTION

  • commissions can be for any fictional fandom and can feature canon characters or original characters. i may require additional information for fandoms i am not familiar with and for original characters.

  • length is negotiable and can be extended after payment at the per word rate.

  • i am comfortable writing just about any genre as well as darker themes, but i do reserve the right to refuse/negotiate for any reason.

  • communication will be either through email or discord. here, i will only provide my email address (see general work flow section below). if you are comfortable with discussing over discord, we can exchange that info via email.

  • your fiction cannot feature real people (real person fiction).

  • i will not write certain illegal content (i.e. non-con, adult/minor pairings, etc.) in detail. mentions may be allowed if, for instance, it is a part of a character's history and is relevant to the story. i can be flexible on certain themes, but, if it's questionable, it will need to be discussed with me.

  • commissions cannot be shortened after payment, only extended. attempts at shortening will not result in a refund.

General Work Flow

  1. discussion of requested content initially via email: [email protected]. discord or other means potentially available upon request for ease.

  2. determination of rate and payment

  3. writing begins with completion around 1-2 weeks, depending on length

your commission will arrive as a digital file in either a .pdf or .rtf format, depending on request

EDITING/PROOFREADING

  • exactly what it sounds like: depending on your needs and the depth you want to go into, i am willing to proofread and/or help edit any material of writing, from works of fiction--fan or otherwise--to essays, articles, resumes, cover letters and other nonfiction you've written or need a second pair of eyes to proofread.

  • i am flexible with the mode of how we discuss, whether it's through me leaving notes on something like a google doc or similar, through email, or through discord. i have never done this in this fashion before, so it will be a learn as i go experience for me.

General Work Flow

  1. discussion of needs/goals/etc. concerning the piece; work sent as attachment via email: [email protected]. again, discord or other methods of communication potentially available upon request.

  2. determination of rate and payment

  3. work begins with completion likely around a week, but turnaround can likely be sooner based on the needs of the client

  4. if desired, extra sessions discussed and work flow restarts

Pricing

payment must be delivered in full via cashapp prior to start: $peeshymomo
--> cashapp may not be ideal for payment since it requires an app, but it gives total anonymity for both myself and my clients by not revealing legal names or personal information such as billing addresses (paypal and ko-fi both do this)

Fanfiction Pricing

  • $20 per 1000 words

  • $0.02 per word up to 1000 words

  • $0.06 per word after 1000 words, up to 1500

  • More than 1500 words can be negotiated if you want something longer, but acceptance will depend on my current work load and time. pricing will continue at the rate of $0.06 per word beyond the 1500 word mark.

Proofreading/Editing Pricing

  • $10 flat fee per piece, up to 5 pages

  • $3 for every 5 pages beyond the first 5 pages (i.e. a 6-9 page essay would cost $13, a 10-14 page $16, etc.)

  • extra editing sessions will cost half the amount of the initial session.
